The scope of  this project consisted of the design of N.W. 44th Street Roadway Improvements from East of State Road 7 to the city limits within the City of Lauderdale Lakes. The project, which was approximately 0.32 miles long, involved the design of the undeveloped section ofN.W. 44th Street into a 4-lane roadway connection to the existing 4-lane roadway in the City of Oakland Park. The services included roadway plans, design of a 72-inch culvert, signing, marking plans and a concrete block privacy walls. RJ Behar also performed construction management services that included daily inspections, prepared daily reports, monitored testing, reviewed shop drawings, reviewed change order request, responded to requests for information and provided certification of quantities for payment and final close out.
