This project, for Florida Department of Transportation involved the widening of two medium span bridges. The services included bridge development report, structural plans, sound wall, and retaining wall design. Additionally, it included the development of technical special provisions and permit coordination. The C-18 bridge featured both AASHTO girder and flat slab superstructures, supported by pile bents and by dewatered piers. The Donald Ross Road bridge is a 164’ single span steel girder bridge supported by spread footings perched behind MSE walls.
